Welcome to TheQuietRoom

The Quiet Room is a space where your feelings are valid and your voice matters—even the silence. We created this space in hopes that teenagers and students will use it for their reflection and self-care. We understand the social stigma regarding seeking mental health support, and the difficulties of finding trusted mental health guidance.

You Matter, Take it One Step at a Time

Although this may be seen as corny and soft, in this day and age, it's important to take care of not only your physical health, but also your mental health. When we faced anxiety, social anxiety, and depression, we didn't have access to such resources, so we created this project and space in hopes that no one has to feel like it's themselves against the world.
